Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers from the DACH region
Provide professional support, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints
Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
Support sales-related activities depending on the project
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and solution-oriented communication
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Good German skills (B2 or higher) – a must-have
Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Basic technical understanding and confidence with common software tools
