One of our esteemed clients at DCoding Labs, is seeking a skilled Senior Magnolia Developer to join their team remotely. This role involves the development and customization of the Magnolia CMS, managing integrations with various platforms, and leading the technical team in building high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization

• Lead and contribute to custom solutions within Magnolia CMS, including module creation, template customization, and application development.
• Ensure seamless integrations with systems like CRM, e-commerce, and databases through custom APIs and connectors.

Team Leadership

• Provide guidance to the development team, make strategic technical decisions, and solve complex challenges.
• Promote development best practices, ensuring clean, reusable code and adherence to project standards.

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and optimize CMS configurations to prevent performance issues.

Continuous Integration & Deployment

• Implement CI/CD processes to streamline feature updates and new deployments.
• Coordinate the deployment of Magnolia project versions in test and production environments.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Deliver technical support for both development and production environments, resolving issues related to configurations, performance, and system integrations.

Security & Compliance

• Align CMS configurations with organizational security policies, managing roles and permissions within the system.
• Implement security measures to safeguard data and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business, marketing, and other teams to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals.
• Act as the technical liaison between developers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective solutions within Magnolia CMS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Magnolia CMS is advantageous.
