Work with U.S. & Australian Businesses

We are looking for motivated and professional Customer Support Agents to join our team and work directly with businesses and clients from the United States and Australia.

Working Hours

We offer two working schedules:

15:00 – 23:00

00:00 – 05:00

The schedules are designed to match the working hours of our American and Australian clients.

Salary & Benefits

€500 – €800 monthly salary, depending on English proficiency, experience, and qualifications

Requirements

We are especially interested in candidates who have:

Strong spoken and written English

A clear American accent — preferred

Previous customer support or call center experience — preferred

Excellent communication skills

Confidence when communicating with international clients

Professional and positive attitude

Ability to handle customer questions and provide effective solutions

Motivation to deliver excellent customer service

Location

📍 Rruga B, Prishtina, Kosovo

Depending on the position and performance, working from home may also be possible.

Training

A mandatory 1-week training period is provided before starting the position.
