Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
  • Build and refine mailing lists; launch targeted, value-driven email campaigns that educate and convert, using automated nurture flows and personalized content.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting — with a focus on audience engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates by leveraging data-driven insights and testing strategies across touchpoints.
  • Create and launch high-converting landing pages with compelling messaging and strong UX to capture and convert leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools (e.g., Unbounce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) to streamline workflows, track performance, and automate marketing processes.
  • Set up and manage marketing flows including drip campaigns, retargeting sequences, and lead scoring models to support scalable demand generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as web traffic, campaign ROI, funnel drop-off points, and conversion rates using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other analytics dashboards.
 

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on demand generation experience in a B2B SaaS or services company.
  • Proven success building and scaling lead generation campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
  • Strong copywriting skills for email marketing, landing pages, and LinkedIn/social media content.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Instapage, and other campaign management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing marketing performance based on CAC, CPL, and funnel data.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with founders, sales, and GTM teams.
  • Capable of end-to-end campaign ownership: strategy, execution, tracking, and refinement.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and using data to guide performance decisions.
 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with email automation workflows and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Ability to design visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media advertising and influencer outreach campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for website editing/customization.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through digital campaigns and report on full-funnel performance.
  • A strong portfolio or examples of marketing campaigns, landing pages, or content that delivered measurable impact is a plus.
 

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM ET
