PECB is looking for an eLearning Officer tojoin our team in Prishtine, Kosova. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiasticperson to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

What will you do?

·       Content Development: Design andimplement engaging eLearning content in line with objectives, using variedtools for interactive experiences.

·       Instructional Design: Apply effectiveinstructional design principles to enhance learning materials.

·       Assessment andEvaluation:Develop assessments to measure program effectiveness, ensuring alignment withlearning objectives.

·       Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

·       Continuous Improvement and Teamwork: Stay updated on eLearning trends, provide feedback on video content, and work cohesively within the team to adapt and enhance learning methodologies.

Your profile

·      Qualifications: Seeking individuals with proven experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or educational technology. A Bachelor’s degree in Education,Writing and/or Applied Linguistics, or related fields is preferred, orequivalent experience/education.

·      Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is required,along with a solid understanding of instructional design principles.

·      Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills areessential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

·      Language Proficiency and Attitude: Full proficiency in English is necessary.Candidates should be open to learning, willing to contribute ideas, and able toadapt to evolving project requirements.

·      Work Ethic and Adaptability: Ability to work under tight deadlines, openness tofeedback and constructive criticism, and willingness to make improvements asrequested are crucial attributes for success in this role.
