We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and boosting sales for our IT products (hardware, software, peripherals, etc.) in a competitive e-commerce landscape.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management

    • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, affiliate marketing).

    • Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets for ROI and ROAS.

  • SEO/SEM

    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

    • Collaborate with content creators to improve organic search visibility.

  • Email Marketing

    • Build, segment, and automate email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, cart abandonment).

    • Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve effectiveness.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tools.

    • Generate reports to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Social Media Management

    • Develop and schedule content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • Manage ad creatives, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs.

    • Use tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to assess user behavior.

  • Collaboration

    • Work with design, content, product, and customer teams to ensure messaging consistency and relevance.

    • Coordinate promotions and seasonal campaigns with merchandisers.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or IT retail.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

    • Google Analytics, Google Search Console

    • SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)

    • Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT product or electronics marketing.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
